• The Hot Lunch program is run via keating.hotlunches.net 
• You must re-register and add your children EVERY new school year. Registration details are deleted each year, so even if your child had Hot Lunches last year, you must re-register and re-add your children this year. 
• To register, go to keating.hotlunches.net and click “Register”. Enter our Access Code (KHL) and your details. Note your user ID and password for future use. 
• To add a child, click the Students button, complete the form, and click Insert. To add more children, click the Students button, then Add New (at the bottom). 
• Orders can be placed for each child in the “Student List”, via the Students button

VOLUNTEERING

• Volunteers are needed to help serve food for ~1 hour each Hot Lunch day 
• Indicate on the Hot Lunch website (keating.hotlunches.net) if you wish to volunteer 
• Further details will be emailed to volunteers before each event   

PAYMENT

• Preferred payment method: Via credit card on the Hot Lunch website. Payments may list as BAM Keating PAC or similar on your statement
• Ordering and payment dates will be communicated through the Hot Lunch website 
• Orders and payment must be submitted by the order closing date; late orders cannot be accommodated. Orders not paid within a week of the closing date will be cancelled. 
• Sometimes we all need a helping hand. If the cost of Hot Lunches is challenging, please see “Keating Cares Program” below.
